This department has grade 3 in the field of construction design, estimation, supervision and improvement. The department encompasses the wide range of residential, commercial, administrative, industrial,military, educational, sport and medical buildingsdesign. Rehabilitation and construction improvement is another service of the department. Structural assessment to identify the current structural system strength and design of improvement & rehabilitation plan is another service provided by this department. The company activities are categorized as follows:

- Architecture Section

- Mechanic Section
- Cost & Estimate Section

Main activities in various sections are as below:
- Preparing Architectural, Structure, Mechanical and Electrical Drawings and Presenting required Details and Technical Specifications considering the Standards
- Preparing Site Drawings in Architecture, Structure, Mechanic and Electric Sections with Presenting Precise Specification and Size of Materials, Equipment and Details of Installation and Implementation
- Consulting regarding the Method of Implementation, Planning and Project Economy

• Site and Higher Supervision Unit:
- Controlling the As-Built Drawings
- Supervision on Good Performance of Project Implementation in all Stages of Project Implementation
